GENERAL CONDITIONS

Please read these terms before placing an order on the webshop. By ordering goods from the webshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website is operated by Lauren Van Driessche.

The Order Process

By clicking on the items you will get a detailed description of the product, the selected item will be added to the "Shopping Bag" by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Right above you will see the Shopping bag. Fill in the desired quantities, depending on the available stock and go to the ‘Checkout’ button. Fill in your contact details and the shipping adress. The shippings costs will be calculated. After payment you will automatically be sent an email confirming receipt of your order with a summary of the details of your order.

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Cancellations

When ordering items that are not on stock, I will contact you by email and send a confirmation. The work on your order begins sometimes immediately after you receive the confirmation, so please note that cancellations are NOT accepted at any time following the confirmation and before shipment for custom made items. Please order carefully.

Shipping address

Please make sure your address is correct during the checkout. Your package will be sent to this address. When you are not present at time of delivery, the package will be stored in a nearby BPOST office to pick up.

Packaging

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged specifically for fragile ceramics.

Shipping method

All packages are sent via Bpost and will have a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Shipping time

Shipping can take 2 - 6 working days when the order is in stock.
Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so we can’t guarantee exact arrival time. When ordering something that is not in stock, I will inform you about the expected delivery date.

Products

Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently, so what you see on your computer screen could conceivably vary a little bit from the items you receive.

The images of the products on the website are for demonstrative purposes only, and due to the handmade processes, each product may vary slightly. Accordingly, any Product that you order may vary slightly from those images. I try to display the colors of the Products accurately in the images on the website but I cannot guarantee that your computer will display excaclty the same.

All the items on the website are stoneware but please handle them with attention due to the fine nature of ceramics.

Pricing

Lauren Van Driessche is a small enterprise VAT exempt. This means that no VAT will be charged.

All prices displayed on the site are in Euro and exclude shipping charges. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Claims

The buyer shall promptly inspect all products upon delivery. No claims for damages will be allowed unless these damages are reported to the producer, in writing by email, within 7 days after delivery.

Lauren Van Driessche will not be responsible for damages that happen due to wrong usage of the ceramics bought on this website. Please read the additional information per product carefully.

I reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.

Although I try my best to double check all content on the site, If I am unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock, no longer available or because of an error in the price on the website, I will inform you of this by email and I will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, I will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

I hope you will love everything that you order on this website but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return after receiving the order.

Please always notify me first before returning the order by sending an email to vandriessche.lauren@gmail.com. I cannot accept returns that I am not notified of first. When I have received your return order, I will review it and refund your order within 3 working days.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please re-use the original packaging and tape the parcel securely. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, I will give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.

However shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time.

If you are returning items over € 100, it is advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to have guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please remember that the responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches me.

Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are only possible when the received item arrived damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me.

By submitting an order on the website I collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address for administrative purposes. I will not pass personal details on to third parties.

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

When you use the webshop and you are under 18 years of age, your parents/guardians must assent to your purchases.
